Orders & Payment
- All orders are processed after confirmation and payment.
- Please check the Quotation carefully before confirming.
- Payment details will be provided together with the formal Quotation.
- We accept the following payment methods: BPI & BDO bank transfer/deposit, GCash.
Artwork & Files
- To ensure the best print quality, please prepare your files in any of the following formats: PDF, PNG, AI, PSD, JPEG.
- You may also share your files via: Google Drive or Canva links.
Proofing & Revisions
- Before printing, we will send a digital artboard for your approval.
- Please review all details carefully, as printing will proceed once the file is approved.
File Checking
- We do a basic check of your files before printing, especially in terms of clarity and readability.
- However, customers are responsible for ensuring that all text, layout, and spelling are correct.
Production Time
- Standard production time is 2 to 3 working days after submission of final files, unless otherwise advised.
- Working days exclude weekends and Philippine holidays.
Rush Orders
- Need it sooner? Let us know your deadline when requesting a quote.
- We’ll do our best to accommodate rush orders, depending on availability.
Changes & Cancellations
- Any changes must be made before final approval and payment.
- Once your order is confirmed and in production, changes may no longer be possible.
Delivery & Shipping
Metro Manila
- Standard Shipping: 1-2 working days via AP Cargo (₱80). Optional: simply Add to Cart if you’d like to avail.
- Same-day pickup/delivery: You may book via Lalamove, Grab, or similar services.
- Free shipping: Available for regular/cash orders above ₱12,000. For scheduling 1-2 days after production, no specific time.
Provincial
- Shipping via LBC (₱140): 1-6 days, depending on location.
